Based in LA, Parko is an organic and paraben-free toiletry range, focusing on naturally-sourced produce with healing characteristics. The ingredients along with the scents in their soaps and creams are good enough to eat!
‘Parko is about being good on your skin’
Parko was designed by award-winning studio and designer Caterina Bianchini, a designer InspoFinds has always followed and been very fond of. The brand is designed with a ‘back to basics’ concept to represent their straightforward products with few ingredients. Simple graphics have been created to represent the 6 ingredients used throughout the Parko range, these are then showcased on appropriate packaging. The delicate approach to the brand has been fleshed out elegantly using a pastel colour palette and bold packaging shapes.
The logo itself is a strong typeface-led mark, using an interesting, quirky type. This allows the brands diversity and variation to shine through in the typeface lock up.
‘The packaging was designed to refer directly to the approachable, laidback characteristic of Parko. Shape and typography interact across the brand assets creating balanced and considered layouts.’
